We offer FREE standard ground shipping on all applicable U.S. orders. Please make sure to review the information below to ensure accurate delivery of your Preséa Skincare shipment.-
PO Box customers – please choose standard shipping at checkout via USPS and include your PO Box address in your shipping information.

Packages marked as delivered to the address entered on your order are subject to product replacement only if deemed missing or stolen by the carrier. Please contact contact@preseaskincare.com within 14 days of your shipment's original date of delivery for assistance.

Please ensure your address is correct before you complete your order as we are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered to incorrect addresses.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made to orders once submitted and we are unable to cancel or modify an order once fulfilled and in transit.
- We process and ship orders during business days Monday – Friday, excluding Holiday closures.
