 RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for unused & unopened products in original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase from preseaskincare.com.

Gift Sets and Bundles are eligible for return only if the complete set is returned unused & unopened in original and condition and packaging.

We take great care to list our ingredients in full for each and every product on the site. If you have known allergies, or sensitivities to an ingredient, please review these lists carefully before selecting a product.

If your product meets these requirements and you would like to request a return:

  1. Contact contact@preseaskincare.com with your order details to initiate your return.
  2. Once return is approved, please send items back to the below address. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.

If your products are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3-10 business days of receipt. Your refund will include the product’s paid cost and applicable taxes. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. We recommended using a return service with tracking to ensure your return reaches us. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be discarded.

Orders placed during Gift with Purchase promotions with minimum purchase thresholds are not eligible for a return without the return of the corresponding Gift with Purchase product.  

We do not currently accept international returns or returns for purchases made in retail locations.
